Ehsebha provides calorie and nutrition information through the Ehsebha application, website, and ChatGPT integration.

Information processed by the ChatGPT plugin

When you use Ehsebha through ChatGPT, Ehsebha receives only the information necessary to perform the requested nutrition lookup or calculation, such as food names, quantities, serving sizes, and related tool parameters.

The Ehsebha ChatGPT plugin does not require an Ehsebha account and does not intentionally request names, email addresses, payment information, passwords, precise location, or other sensitive personal information.

How we use information

Information received through the plugin is used to:

• Search the Ehsebha nutrition database.
• Calculate calories and nutrition values.
• Return requested nutrition information.
• Maintain security, reliability, and technical performance.

Data sources and processing

The ChatGPT integration accesses Ehsebha's food and nutrition database through Ehsebha's MCP server. Ehsebha uses Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure to operate parts of the service.

OpenAI may separately process conversations and plugin interactions according to OpenAI's own terms and privacy policies.

Data retention

Ehsebha does not maintain a separate persistent user history of nutrition requests made through the ChatGPT plugin. Limited technical logs may be retained temporarily when necessary for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

Sharing of information

Ehsebha does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers, including Google Cloud and Firebase, only as necessary to operate and secure the service.

Ehsebha does not use ChatGPT plugin nutrition requests for targeted advertising.

The Ehsebha ChatGPT plugin does not specifically target children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
